Identity Design for The Spire 2, a commercial project initiated by a team of well-known real estate developers.

The Spire 2, is a commercial project initiated by a team of well-known real estate developers in Rajkot. Ascending their success over their previous project lead them to build yet another ecstatic schema in the prime commercial spine of the city.

We believe in bringing the change to bequest.

Advancing the existing brand identity, change is inculcated to upbeat the energetic logo of the elated commercial schema. In conjunction, our prime agenda is to carefully design the multi fold brochure showcasing the display of their premium shops and offices. The aspect ratio is selected correlating to the building footprint for optimum usage of space and best fit of drawings and illustrations.

The idea is to derive simplistic composition adhering to its functionality. With a complex understanding of proportions, an appropriate size got developed keeping in mind the ergonomics.

Superseding to this, a vibrant and energetic colour palette gives a dynamic outlook to the whole conception.
